ADMINISTRATION

The Biden Administration sent Congress a supplemental appropriations request to support domestic policy areas, including child care and access to high-speed internet.

The U.S. Department of Education unofficially released new regulations for Financial Responsibility, Administrative Capability, Certification Procedures, and Ability to Benefit. Formal publication in the Federal Register is currently set for October 31.
