Associate Director

Meghan Flynn provides project management, research, and advocacy support for a range of K-12 and higher education clients. She is passionate about equitable education policy and social and emotional learning initiatives.

Prior to joining Penn Hill Group, Meghan served as a Teach for America corps member in Hawai’i. For three years, she taught special education English and social studies classes at James Campbell High School on Oahu. Meghan also interned in Congressman Don Beyer’s office.

Meghan graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Arts in Legal and Political Philosophy with a minor in Public Policy Analytics. In her free time, Meghan enjoys playing soccer, being outside, and spending time with family and friends.
