Director of Operations

Jen Graham serves as Director of Operations, where she is focused on optimizing internal company processes to produce tangible results for both PHG staff and clients. Jen is passionate about creating and implementing innovative approaches to organizational management, streamlining processes and fostering efficiency and organization.

Prior to joining Penn Hill Group, Jen worked with clients in the fields of education, healthcare, development and academia including at Pfizer, Tyco Healthcare, Framingham Public Schools and Care of Connecticut.  With over 15 years of expertise in operational excellence, Jen has supported large and small organizations on a wide range of planning and implementation activities including scheduling, finance administration, organizational management and systems improvement.

Jen graduated from Central Connecticut State University where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a minor in Sociology. Jen attained a Master of Arts degree in Education from the University of Hartford. In her free time, Jen enjoys photography, reading and spending as much time with her family as possible.
