The U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Rules released bill text for the Build Back Better Act.

ADMINISTRATION

The White House released a framework for the Build Back Better Act and released an additional document explaining the framework’s proposals.

The U.S. Department of Education (ED) announced the recognition status of nine accrediting agencies.

ED held two public hearings on potential regulatory changes to the 90-10 rule.
