Associate

Lucy works with a range of education and workforce clients at Penn Hill Group, providing support in policy research, project management and communications.

Before joining Penn Hill as an Associate, she interned with the firm, as well as with the U.S. Small Business Administration and Austin Achieve Public Schools. While at Duke University, she conducted policy research projects on children’s online privacy laws and the community schools model of public education.

Lucy earned her Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from Duke, with minors in History and Spanish. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, attending live music events and spending time with friends around DC.
