Director of Operations

Kelly serves as Director of Operations where she is focused on optimizing internal company processes to produce tangible results for both PHG staff and clients. Kelly is passionate about creating and implementing innovative approaches to organizational management, streamlining processes and fostering efficiency and organization. With a background in government work, including roles at the U.S. Department of State and Department of Defense, Kelly brings over 15 years of dynamic experience to the team.

Her career spans executive assistance, office management, event planning and financial coordination through positions at major financial institutions like JPMorgan Chase and Bank of America. Kelly’s meticulous approach to client relations and project oversight
has made her a trusted asset to senior executives and diplomatic leaders alike.

Outside of work, Kelly is a passionate advocate for autism awareness, human rights and clean air initiatives. Inspired by her autistic son, she has dedicated significant time to fundraising for autism charities and supporting special education causes.
