Associate

Dina works for a range of K-12, higher education and workforce clients at Penn Hill Group. She supports clients through education policy research, communication support and project management. 

Prior to joining Penn Hill Group, Dina gained experience in the Federal policy space by interning for the U.S. Department of Agriculture and Holland & Knight LLP. These experiences exposed her to the government and private side of policy processes. She also conducted several education-based research projects while at college, relating to the issues of school choice, teacher retention and equity. 

Dina graduated from the University of Notre Dame where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, minoring in Public Policy and Philosophy, Politics, and Economics. In her free time, Dina enjoys baking, pilates, badminton and spending time with friends and family.
