Abbie Wampler, Associate

Associate

Abbie provides project management, research and communications support to a variety of higher education and workforce clients.

Before joining Penn Hill Group as an Associate, Abbie gained Federal policy experience through internships with the U.S. Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions (HELP) Committee, Indiana University’s Federal Relations Office and Penn Hill Group. As a HELP Committee intern, she gained experience with congressional hearing and markup processes. She later worked on Federal policy from a university perspective through her role with Indiana University before joining Penn Hill Group, where she further developed her interests. Her experiences with after-school programs during college, alongside her work in Federal policy, shaped her desire to pursue a career in education and workforce policy.

Abbie graduated from Indiana University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Law and Public Policy, as well as a certificate in Political and Civic Engagement. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, live music, thrifting and exploring Washington, D.C.
