Associate

Ariana provides project management, research and communications support for a variety of higher education and K–12 clients.

Before joining Penn Hill Group, she interned at the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Legislation and Congressional Affairs, the University of Texas (UT) System’s Office of Government Relations, the UT Internal Audit Office and the Texas State Senate. At the University of Texas at Austin, Ariana held multiple roles, including positions in the Office of the Dean of Students and the Liberal Arts Honors Program.

She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts in Government and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, with honors, as well as a certificate in Public Policy with a focus on Economics and Education. In her free time, Ariana enjoys baking, cooking, crafting, hiking, solving puzzles, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
