HOUSE and SENATE

The U.S. House of Representatives and U.S. Senate were in recess this week. The House is scheduled to return to session on Tuesday, November 30 while the Senate will return for legislative activity on Monday, November 29.

ADMINISTRATION

The U.S. Department of Education (ED) announced $20 million in new grants to Tribal Educational Agencies (TEAs).

U.S. Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona issued a statement on the U.S. House of Representatives’ passage of the Build Back Better Act.
