Penn Hill Group Principal Vic Klatt was quoted in an July 27 Bloomberg Government  article, “Pressure, Time, Ivanka: How a Bipartisan Jobs Bill Got Unstuck” Klatt commented on the reauthorization of the The Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act:
