The House Committee on Rules released updated bill text for the Build Back Better Act.

ADMINISTRATION

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) released an Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) on COVID-19 vaccination and testing.

The U.S. Department of Education (ED) conducted its second of three negotiated rulemaking sessions on affordability and student loans.

ED approved two more State plans (Colorado and California) for the use of Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) funds under the American Rescue Plan.
