On August 3, 2016, Penn Hill Group Principal Danica Petroshius participated as a panelist at Every Hour Counts’ Third Annual System-Building Institute in Chicago. Every Hour Counts is a coalition of organizations that work to increase access to quality learning opportunities, particularly for under-served students. Danica presented on a panel about effective advocacy at the local, State and Federal levels to advance systems building and expanded learning. She presented in coordination with representatives of local intermediaries working on systems building in Minnesota and Massachusetts.
