ADMINISTRATION
The Trump Administration released the first Unified Regulatory Agenda of its current term, the Spring 2025 agenda.
COURTS
A district court judge ruled that the Federal government violated Harvard University’s First Amendment rights and the U.S. Civil Rights Act when it withheld billions in research funding due to alleged campus antisemitism.
A district court judge ruled that the Administration’s cancellation of foreign aid funding through a “pocket rescission” was illegal.
