Penn Hill Group would like to announce the newest addition to our team – Emma Bushnell.

As a staff assistant at Penn Hill Group, Emma Bushnell provides research, administrative, and project support. She brings exceptional writing, research, and outreach skills to her work on both policy analysis and internal operations.

Bushnell came to Penn Hill Group after working in the Public Policy and Advocacy Office at the Girl Scouts of the USA, where she helped advocate for women’s and girls’ issues by supporting federal, state, and local initiatives. Before joining Girl Scouts of the USA, Bushnell used her research and message crafting abilities while playing an integral role in the founding of Nouvella, an independent publishing company. Additionally, Bushnell was an intern in the Congressional office of Rep. Lynn Woolsey (D-CA), where she conducted research for staff.

Emma holds a bachelor’s degree in American Politics and English from Tufts University, where she graduated cum laude and with High Thesis Honors.

Emma will be the voice on the phone and the face at the front desk when you visit our office. We are excited to have her as part of our team and hope that you will have a chance to meet her soon.
