POLITICO reported that the Office of Management and Budget sent a memo instructing Federal agencies to identify programs, projects and activities that will lose discretionary funding on October 1 if Congress does not reach a fiscal year (FY) 2025 funding agreement and to consider reduction-in-force plans for staff working in these impacted areas.
