CONGRESS

The Senate passed the FY 2023 omnibus bill on a 68-29 vote. The bill will now go to the House for a vote on final passage.

THE COURTS

The Supreme Court of the United States set Tuesday, February 28, 2023 as the date for hearing arguments in Biden v. Nebraska and U.S. Department of Education v. Brown, the two cases before the Court pertaining to the Biden Administration’s student loan forgiveness program.
