HOUSE and SENATE
The U.S. House of Representatives passed the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act.
ADMINISTRATION
The U.S. Department of Education concluded its second and final negotiated rulemaking subcommittee session on prison education programs.
The White House released a fact sheet on the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act.
The Congressional Budget Office (CBO) released a statement on the timeline for preparing a cost estimate for the Build Back Better Act.
The U.S. Department of Labor released a preliminary version of a proposed rule that would rescind regulations on Industry-Recognized Apprenticeship Programs (IRAPS) and recognition of IRAPs by Standard Recognition Entities (SREs). The rule is scheduled for official release in the Federal register on Monday, November 15.
